Architect: Campbell Tiu Campbell, Inc.
Owner: Draper and Kramer
Value of project: $1,300,000
Scope: New building construction (brick and stone)
Time frame: 3 months
Project Overview:
For this new mid-rise structure, Restore Masonry managed over 600 lineal feet of hydro-mobile scaffolding with overhead protection to allow for the installation of 115,000 utility brick units and 6,430 pieces of cast stone. Restore Masonry was the driving force behind this project, pushing other contractors to complete their work before winter weather conditions delayed construction. The job was managed efficiently by building the exterior masonry walls while the concrete was being poured two floors above. The masonry work was completed three months ahead of schedule due to Restore Masonry’s aggressive job management. Our Superintendent was also awarded the ACG/WILLIS 2004 Superintendent Award in the Specialty Division by The Associated General Contractors of America, in recognition of our commitment to safety.
